Natalia Zaragoza

Born and raised in Saint Charles Illinois, Natalia Zaragoza attended Northern Illinois University earning a Bachelor of Science in Art. While getting this degree she was able to build her skills in Digital Art, drawing, painting, and other mediums. Initially, when Natalia attended college she was interested and studied hospitality, because of her love of people and new experiences. Due to this Natalia’s passion lies in creating thought-provoking art that leaves room for different interpretations and discussions. Her work focuses on images of people and portraits because of her interest in different perspectives. 

 

Natalia uses her art to explore her Hispanic heritage and cultural identity. She uses her work to explain who she is as a person and the world from her perspective. In her images, she aims to create surreal art that warps an ordinary item or portrait into something entirely different, showing things are not always what they seem.
